What a pleasure to host, at the heart of Athletica – the Department’s High-Performance Sports Center – the new edition of the TIBY Val d’Oise. This high-level competition, bringing together the best young national handball teams, has become a benchmark event in Europe and a true springboard to the international stage for every player. This weekend, the TIBY Val d’Oise at Athletica is the must-see gathering for these budding champions!

Some numbers of Handball in Val d'Oise
- Lying on the surface of 1249 km2, Val d'Oise is one of the smallest provinces in France, and yet one of the most populated one, with around 1,185, 379 inhabitants.
- 35.6 % of its population is under 25, making it one of the youngest provinces.
- The 28 handball clubs hold more than 11 000 members and 4850 licenses, 3 of which operate on a national level.
